Privacy
Privacy and enquiry data
We use the details submitted through the RFQ form to review, reply to and manage a product sourcing enquiry. We do not use the form as an online checkout.
Who handles the information
The website is operated under the CoreRCCar name. For questions about enquiry data, contact [email protected] and include the email address used for the enquiry so the record can be located.
What we may receive
When you submit an RFQ or contact form, you may provide your name, email address, company, country, topic, message, saved product references and any project details you choose to include. The site may also receive basic technical information needed to deliver a page, protect a form and understand whether an enquiry was submitted successfully.
- Do not send passwords, payment card details or confidential information that is not needed to review the product enquiry.
- A saved shortlist is a browser-side convenience and is not an order, payment record or promise of availability.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to review the request, identify the relevant product or service route, reply to the sender, prepare a quotation or sample discussion and keep project communications understandable. Basic technical data may be used for security, troubleshooting, service quality and legally required records.
How long we keep it
Retention depends on the enquiry, project relationship, accounting needs, dispute risk and applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a single period for every record. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it should be deleted or anonymized under the operating process.
Service providers and sharing
The information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, form delivery, email, security, analytics or business administration. They should receive only what is needed for the service. We do not describe an RFQ form as a public customer list, and we do not sell enquiry details as a mailing database.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information connected to an enquiry. You may also ask a question about processing or object to a use where the law gives that right. Send the request to [email protected] from the submitting email address; we may need to verify the request before responding.
Updates and contact
This page may be updated when the website, form workflow or service providers change. The current page explains the intended website practice; written project terms may contain additional records needed for an order.
Plain-language boundary: This page explains the website data flow and is not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific legal review.
